"We recently rented a Minivan at your Miami location,(July 3-10) and we just wanted to let you know what a GREAT EXPERIENCE it was! We have rented from many of the big name rental companies over the years and we have usually had one problem or another. We were so please with everything connected with EZ. When we arrived at the counter your staff was pleasant and very efficient. We arrived 1 hour earlier then I had told them but they were very friendly about it and did not charge us anything extra. At one rental car company 2 years ago, our flight got in 20 minutes early and they wanted to charge us $40.00 for 20 minutes. The minivan was very nice and we had no trouble with it throughout the entire week. When we returned it to the counter, there were no unexpected little surprises that we have had at other companies. We are going to use EZ from now on. We have very large families that do a lot of traveling and we are telling all of them to rent from you if at all possible. Thank you again. This was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and you certainly helped to make it a lovely trip.
